The Where To Go For Help section lists the names of federal agencies responsible for enforcing the Federal Truth in Lending Act that governs credit lending.

The Home Equity Calculator helps you answer common questions about monthly payments, loan amounts, refinancing, and tax issues. Click the underlined question that pertains to you.
For example, if you select What will be my monthly payment? , a screen appears where you can enter your interest rate, term of loan and total home loan amount. Next, click the Calculate button and your monthly principal and interest payment appears. If you would like to see the entire schedule of the loan amount you entered, click the Amortization button. You can see how your loan amount reduces as you make regularly scheduled payments over the life of the loan
